Effective October 7, 2026
What this site collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This site collects personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. We use what you send to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and cannot identify you or follow you to other sites, so there is no consent banner here.
When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company, the area you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message.
Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information needed to serve any website, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is ordinary server operation and security logging, not profiling.
To understand how the site is used, we collect aggregate visit statistics: the pages viewed, the referring site, your approximate location (country, region, and city), and your browser, operating system, and device type. This uses Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not tie what it records to you or your IP address. Visits are grouped using an anonymous identifier derived from the request and discarded after 24 hours, so we see totals, never individual people.
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether an engagement makes sense. Where a legal basis is required, ours is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and — where you have entered your details in order to be contacted — the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Two service providers process data on our behalf, and only to deliver this site:
• Our website host, Vercel, which serves the site, keeps operational logs, and provides the visit statistics described above.
• Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
Beyond that, we share personal information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We never sell it.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where transfers are subject to data-protection law, they are made under appropriate safeguards.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete it. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data-protection regulator.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these, write to info@mtnp.co and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law allows.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how this site handles personal information — for example by adding a new analytics or tracking tool — we will update this page at the same time, and change the effective date above.
Questions, or a request about your information: info@mtnp.co.
